Cancellation Policy

The cancellation of table or sponsorships must be submitted in writing to FNINR. Cancellations received on or before April 30, 2025 will receive a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations made between May 1 and August 15 will receive a refund of 50%.  Cancellations after August 15, 2025 will not receive a refund.

Dress Code

The attire for the NightinGala is formal and cocktail attire is recommended.

Ground Transportation

The event venue, the Westin DC Downtown is about a block from the Marriott Marquis so transportation will not be available in 2025; the walk is on fairly even ground but does require crossing a couple of intersections.

Housing

The 2025 FNINR NightinGala will take place at the Westin Downtown, which is located at 999 9th Street Northwest; Washington DC 20001. The hotel is about 1.5 blocks away from the Marriott Marquis. FNINR has a very limited number of hotel rooms available at the Westin Downtown; if you wish to book a room on the FNINR room block, please contact us for details at: [email protected].

Venue

The 2025 FNINR NightinGala will be hosted at the Westin DC Downtown, just a short walk from the host hotel. Please note that there is a second Westin hotel in Washington DC, so note that the event is at the Westin DC Downtown.
